1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Items marked as final sale or clearance
Customized or personalized items
Used, damaged, or altered items
Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us – Email viribusnutra@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
2. Pack Your Item – Securely package the item and include your proof of purchase.
3. Ship the Item – Send your return to the following address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a VIRIBUS NUTRA error or a defective item.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
